This week, we’re firing up the grill for something close to our hearts — The Frenchie Bro.
Originally created by the Chef Ryan, this burger is pure magic. We were lucky enough to get his original recipe for that legendary Cafe du Paris Butter — a 31-ingredient masterpiece he perfected back in 2006 at Matilda Bay Restaurant. It’s the perfect match for beef, and every bite is a little nod to his genius.
