A lot of brides like to keep the top few tiers of their wedding cake as a memorabilia. The 2 ways that can happen is by making the top few tier out of fruit cake or using styrofoam. This is one of our "dummy cakes" (all styrofoam) to show a few different idea.

3 tier wedding cake to add to Martha's creations.
This wedding cake had 3 different flavoured cakes;
• Top tier white chocolate mud
• Middle tier caramel mud
• Bottom tier chocolate mud
All covered in white fondant with fondant silhouette, tree and flowers.

Just another cake we are very proud of. This cake is a fruit cake covered in fondant. Singer sewing machine is hand made out of fondant and hand painted with edible paint. Patchwork board, measuring tape, name plaques, and all other decorations are made from fondant.
