Cantina di Lulu La Delizia PSA

We’re closing our cantina for a few weeks for à la carte service as we take a moment to rebuild our team. This will allow us to refocus our energy into the restaurant during this time.

Functions will still be available for bookings as we head towards and of financial year.

Lulu La Delizia will trade as per normal from Tuesday to Saturday evenings, as well as Thursday and Friday lunches.

Chestnut rigatoni for an upcoming dish.

Rigatoni, a popular tube-shaped pasta originating from Rome, is known for its large size, ridged exterior, and straight-cut ends. Its ridges and wide, hollow centers make it perfect for capturing thick, chunky sauces, particularly ragus.

The name stems from the Italian word rigato meaning ‘ridged’.

We’re rolling these by hand using a wooden dowel and a traditional ‘Pettine’ (rigagnocchi) to create the ridges
