Apology letter
Dear customer , We are writing this to make apologize to all our customer for the food delay and order been unaccepted on Mother’s Day, Thanks for your patient and understanding with unusual extremely long waiting period for your orders.
The order we have received between 5pm-5.30pm like Massive flood, We don’t even have time to change and stop receive new orders. Our kitchen been over loaded at that stage, so we have to stop take the phone order and turn off all online order portal. We only focus on those order we have received from 5.30PM but it still took us around 2 hours to finish them.
Thanks for all your support and love our food. We take lessons for this Mother’s Day , and will more doing more preparing job to make the time delay as less as possible next time.
