Little Lefroy's is a café and breakfast & brunch restaurant located on South Terrace in Fremantle that prides itself on using premium produce sourced locally, sustainably and ethically wherever possible. The café has a unique and eco-friendly vibe with tables and bar shelves made from recycled pallets, a bar base made from reclaimed besser blocks, and lights made from recycled wine bottles. They also use biopak for their takeaway coffee cups, lids, and cutlery which are certified carbon neutral, plant-based, and compostable.
The café serves Coconut sugar with their coffee which is extracted naturally, high in minerals, has a lower glycemic index than cane sugar or honey, and has a delicious caramelized flavor. Little Lefroy's also caters to special dietary requirements with most of the flour used in their baking being gluten-free. Additionally, they serve bottled water from Antipodes who are entirely carbon neutral.
Overall, Little Lefroy's offers intolerance-friendly food made with quality produce sourced locally and ethically where ever possible. Their commitment to sustainability is evident in every aspect of the café making it a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious food while also being environmentally conscious.
