Finally, the wait is over... ⏰
The John Rambo Steak Sambo is back! And this time, it's here to stay.
We've been working hard on our setup and operations, and with the help of Commander Stef the Maori and Ram-bro, we've managed to get everything together and bring back Perth's most anticipated sandwich.... well, at least in Belmont anyway...
200g premium Black Angus Scotch Fillet .ranges.beef seasoned with "Rub one out" and smoked to medium rare, topped with caramelised onions, sharp cheddar cheese piled into one hell of a sambo with butter toasted sourdough bread, lettuce, tomato and our special Rambo sauce 🥩🧀🍞🥬🍅

Here’s our take on the Hawaiian chicken burger - the Big Killahuna 🍍 🥓
We gotta start this burger off right, with a big ol’ piece of our juicy, fried chicken 🐔
Keeping it real with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and of course, what gives this burg its name, a slice of grilled pineapple and some crispy, streaky bacon.
For the finishing touch, a wee dose of our house-made Peggy Sue’s BBQ sauce for that sticky sweetness 😉
Now you’ve got yourself the Big Killahuna, a proper, burger bar classic 👍

Introducing May’s stunt of the month the Mozza Monsta 🤘
We start by flipping this one on its head (literally) with a mini pepperoni pizza top bun 🍕
Chase this up with a couple of oozy mozzarella sticks….crispy, deep-fried in a parmesan and Italian herb coating.
Of course one of our juicy signature smash burgers, double cheese, and a splash of aioli.
Served with a hot side of home-style tomato marinara sauce for you to do with as you please 🙏

It’s time for the Aussies to shine 🐨 🦘
Take one classic Aussie beef pie and mix it up with some crunchy, loaded fries - it’s like chips and gravy on steroids 🏋
Our classic beef stew is slow cooked to perfection, filled with chunks of beef and bacon 🐄 🥓

Peg’s Plum Bomb is the bomb 💣
We named it after a unique kiwi style plum sauce based on an old Cox-Smith family recipe.
The sweet, tangy plum sauce, goes hard with the our smashed patty, cheese and crispy bacon.
A little bit of kiwi dip for good measure and crispy onion rings make this burger slap harder than yo “gran mama”

Welcome to our take on the viral Matilda cake, the Mrs Bogtrotter Choc-aholic Cake Box, Peggy Sue’s style.

Our March Stunt of the Month burger will transport you to the Orient after just one bite 🧧
First-up, succulent, battered fried chicken, doused in Chinese restaurant-style sweet and sour sauce 🐔
Topped with a legit smashed pork dumpling, made with a real deal pork dumpling mix, and smashed straight into the grill 🐽
To add some freshness and a bit of crunch, its topped with a spring roll slaw, loaded with all the usual spring roll veggies, sesame dressing and crispy wonton wrapper.

If driving, one can take the Mitchell Freeway southbound and exit at Vincent Street. From there, turn right onto Fitzgerald Street and follow it until you reach Robinson Avenue.
