This is the crew that made it happen. Chef takeover #10
Enrico and Mikaela over from Paski Vineria Popolare our team alongside them, two days of prep for two nights of service. Passatelli rolled by hand, sabayon poured at the table, Abrolhos scallop and Wadjemup calamari on the pass.
Perth doesn't get many nights like this.

Crustacea. Crystal Crab takeover starts tomorrow night.
Adam has been working hard all week, prepping a one off menu, testing today ahead of service.
Here is a sneek peek at one of the starters: Spanish mackerel tartare, oyster crème, compressed cucumber, dill, lemon gel.
Wednesday's sold out & Thursday we have a few outside tables still up for grabs.

Crystal Crab doesn't come around often. Chef Adam Rees is building a one-off 5-course menu around it, plus Blue Swimmer Crab, Vongole and Spanish Mackerel — cooked the Madalena's way, nothing like our usual menu.

Menu du Jour 🐟 ~ 3 courses for lunch $65pp from 12pm.
Yellowfin Tuna for the starter, crumbed Swordfish as the main and desserts for the finisher.
Our à la carte menu is still fully available, but we think this is the perfect excuse to drop tools early, look at the natural w**e list and ease into the weekend.
