Bricktober Event was an amazing experience. 17000 people over two days and both days sold out!! Was a great learning experience and a wild ride 🎢

Special shout out to for the small business grant we were awarded which allowed us to get the FAMAG Mixer and prepare up to 266 doughs alone for the event! I would not have been able to achieve this otherwise 🙏

Help us create our newest pizza addition with your feedback at The Local Farmers Market Honeywood Sunday the 8th of June, from 8AM - 12PM, with free tastings 🍕

We'll be serving up hot cinnamon scroll pizza using freshly ground cinnamon and a brown sugar base, finished with a cream cheese frosting swirl, on our long fermented Neapolitan style pizza base.

Feedback so far has been great, but we want to see if we can make it even better, and some of the additions on the day will experiment with stewed apples, soaked raisins and crumble.

It's a perfect breakfast addition with a coffee at our lovely markets! See you there!

Our breakfast pizza, serving at our local farmer market in Honeywood.

We whip free range eggs with parmesan as our base, then add mozzarella cheese, and bacon on our 60hr fermented dough. Finished with EVOO, salt and pepper and a handful of chopped chives. Popular add-in here is fennel Italian sausage, which has a hint of spice and a wicked flavour bomb 💣
