I’m over the moon 🌙 with the incredible response — so many of you came to pick up your esfihas this weekend, all beautifully organised through pre-orders 🙌
I prepared with so much love and care to deliver my very best, and I truly hope everyone left happy and satisfied with what they received. 💛
It was non-stop both Saturday and Sunday — so busy I barely had time to take photos or behind-the-scenes videos 😅 But it was deeply rewarding, and I want to leave here a few of the little moments I managed to capture from this special weekend. 🎥📸
Alibis is alive, and it lives inside Rio 40 now – bringing this new product to life, hoping that with the first bite, you’ll feel an instant connection to Brazil 🇧🇷❤️
And for those who didn’t pre-order from Alibis, it was also amazing to welcome you here and serve our official menu, which was available as always! It was a pleasure to have so many people coming in, enjoying our space and tasting the flavours we’ve proudly shared for years. 🥰

We’re proud to introduce Alib’s — the first Brazilian esfiha shop in Perth, serving handcrafted esfihas with soft dough, rich fillings and that unmistakable Brazilian flavour 🇧🇷🔥
Alib’s will open inside our shop in Malaga, bringing you a whole new experience with dine-in and takeaway options.
We’re still in the setup phase, working behind the scenes to make everything just right — but trust us, it’s going to be worth the wait 😉
