Summer Flashbacks to our 2025-26 laneway festival season, one for the record books. Over 8 events we hosted 46 acts, 171 performers, exhibited works from 55 artists in the gallery and hydrated over 2500 punters. We catered for different tastes such as Reggae, Hip Hop, Rock n Roll, Folk, Blues, Soul, Punk Rock, Indi rock & more. The Livid Laneway festivals saw punters join with friends down to enjoy the show, "Kids" bought their parents, parents bought kids, people made new life friends, lovers and found their new favourite band or artist.

Events like Livid's 7th Birthday with .gator, Bobby Alu Take it Easy Brother Tour, annual sundowner, .b.sbx Babylon Album Launch, NYE with , Summerstock Vol 2 all ages show with , Punkorama Vol 2 with + and our end of season show with !

I love doing this coz It's a bloody good time and we are super appreciative for all the support from punters and the enthusiasm from all the great bands and artists who continue to froth out on what we do, we look forward to doing it all again this summer!

Recently we had to say bon voyage to a couple of Livid Cafe weapons. Lily off to her big grown ups job and Brookey off to chase the shredtastic snowboarder life in NZ! A big thankyou for all your hard work and good times over the past couple of years! With those classic catch crys of "it's farkn windy ey" and"Ya Gawwwwjus!" You both helped keep the vibes high at all times with your postive energy, good yarns and good taste in music.

As if running live music festivals isn't hard enough the outdoor festivals even get to negotiate Cyclones, the Freo doctor and everything in between ! My hat goes off to the organisers of and all the bands and crew involved with making such an event happen... TWICE ! To celebrate COMMUNITY AND RESILIENCE we are giving away 5 X DOUBLE PASSES for this weekend and our event the weekend after !

The Laneway is firing up for it's 8th show for the season on the 18th of April !
Joining us on stage for a classic night of good times in the Livid Laneway are and with her band ! If you know any of these bands you'll get your ass into gear and get down to make the most of these joy autumn months ! If you don't know them, then you soon will ;)
The will be hosting Nasty woman 3.0 - our 3rd event with a ripper group of female artists who will be featuring recent works including .jpg
