Today in our one-on-ones we took the time to share both our 5 month goals and 3 year goals for our businesses. It was great to share our goals for clarity and to get insight and suggestions from other business owners.

Ignatius Theodos from Aussie Mt Lawley WA presented to the group this week to clarify the true story of how property market is faring in WA.
Despite the inaccurate media headlines Ignatius illustrated the great position of WA in contradiction to hyperbole of crashing house prices. Indeed, in the face of reductions in Eastern States, WA property prices have continued to increased. Regardless they are still the most affordable in the country and the fundamentals in WA are robust and positive.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) released new data this week which showed there had been a record level of interstate migration in Western Australia between 2020 and 2021.
The ABS data shows WA had its largest ever quarterly interstate migration inflow in the final months of 2021 with more than 13,000 people moving west.
Premier Mark McGowan credited WAâs affordable housing among the reasons why an increasing number of people interstate were choosing to move to WA.
"What makes our state so attractive compared to others is that we have the highest average salary and the lowest average mortgage.
"So, anyone wanting to earn a good wage while paying less on their home loan should look to WA,â he said.
