Hi all.I'm just putting it out there for businesses that have a decent car park an easy access in and out alot of traffic that goes past and is willing to give me a go to sell coffee 6am to 7am in the morning
Around the Cockburn area or knows someone that could help out

For those using public transport, take the train to Perth Station and then switch to bus number 523. Get off at the Wattleup Rd Before Beeliar Dr stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to reach the coffee shop.

If driving, take the Kwinana Freeway southbound and exit onto Beeliar Drive. Turn left onto Hammond Road and then right onto The Grange. From there, turn right onto The Parklands and you will find parking available nearby. Walk approximately 3 minutes to get to the coffee shop.
