120+ single beds. 60+ king beds to remake. Plenty of other departures. And one truly incredible housekeeping team! 👏🛏️
Following the departure of two large sporting groups over the weekend, our housekeeping legends faced an enormous day of resetting apartments—including transforming more than 120 single beds back into over 60 king beds.
Fuelled by teamwork, plenty of laughs and a well-deserved pizza lunch, the team worked together, kept the energy high and somehow still had enough left in them for a little fun at the end of the day! 🍕🌈😂
A very well-deserved shoutout to the incredible people working behind the scenes to make every apartment feel fresh, comfortable and ready to welcome our next guests. We’re so lucky to have you! 💜

Last week, we celebrated the people who make every stay feel like home: our incredible housekeeping team 💙
For Housekeeping Week, the team took on a bed-making challenge in small groups and put their creativity to the test with one-handed towel art. There were plenty of laughs along the way, and we finished the week by presenting certificates to recognise their hard work.
Our housekeeping team works tirelessly behind the scenes to care for our guests and our hotel. They truly are the backbone of Quest East Perth, and we’re so grateful for everything they do. Please join us in giving them a well-deserved round of applause! 👏✨

Today, on R U OK?Day, we’re reminded that one of the most important questions we can ask may also be one of the simplest: “Are you OK?” 💛
Yesterday, our Quest East Perth team took time to come together for an information session focused on mental health awareness and how we can better support the people around us—both within our workplace and beyond it.
Not every struggle is visible, and we don’t need to be experts or have all the right words. What matters is asking genuinely, making space for an honest answer, listening without judgement and continuing to check in.
A conversation may feel like a small gesture, but to someone who is struggling, it can mean more than we realise.
R U OK?Day is an important reminder, but these conversations matter every day. If someone is on your mind, trust your instinct and reach out.
Ask R U OK? Any Day—because a conversation could change a life. 💛
If you or someone you know needs support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14. If life is in immediate danger, call 000.
