🇮🇩 Food Culture Education Together 🇮🇩
At Ah Beng Indonesia, we believe Indonesian language is best experienced through culture, food, and community.
We are honoured to support Indonesian language education across Western Australia by partnering with schools and creating meaningful cultural experiences that bring learning beyond the classroom.
Today, we proudly celebrate the talented Year 9 students of Dongara District High School. Their creativity and dedication inspired us so much that their beautiful artwork now wraps our signature Nasi Bungkus, sharing their story with every customer who visits Ah Beng Indonesia.
A heartfelt thank you to every student and teacher at Dongara District High School. Your passion has transformed a simple food wrapper into a celebration of creativity, language, and friendship between Australia and Indonesia.

At Ah Beng Indonesia, we are wholeheartedly committed to supporting every journey of learning the Indonesian language. With more than 100 schools across Western Australia offering Indonesian from primary school through Year 12, we believe every student deserves to experience the culture beyond the classroom.
As a small gesture of our appreciation, we love visiting schools and creating opportunities for students to immerse themselves in Indonesian culture for a day—because language truly comes alive when it is experienced.
Today, we celebrate the incredible Year 9 students of Dongara District High School, a community over four hours north of Perth. What may seem like a simple piece of art to some is, to us, a masterpiece born from curiosity, dedication, and countless hours of learning. Their artwork inspired us so deeply that we proudly transformed it into the wrapper for our Nasi Bungkus.
To every student at Dongara District High School—thank you. Your creativity, passion, and hard work have left a lasting impression on us. We are incredibly proud to share your artwork with our community, allowing your story and your connection to Indonesia to reach many more people.

To get to Level 2 Rooftop Dining at Westfield Carousel (1382 Albany Highway, Perth), there are a few options depending on your preference.
By public transport:
- Take the Armadale Line train to Cannington Station and then take any of the buses (No. 72, No. 75 or No. 282) from the station towards Westfield Carousel.
- Alternatively, take any of the buses (No. 34, No. 72, No. 75 or No. 282) from Perth City Busport towards Westfield Carousel.
By car:
- If you are coming from Perth CBD, take the Albany Highway southbound until you reach Westfield Carousel on your left.
- If you are coming from Armadale or Mandurah direction, take Tonkin Highway northbound and exit onto Nicholson Road towards Cannington before turning left into Albany Highway.
Parking:
There are plenty of parking bays within the shopping centre car park or shoppers can also opt for valet parking service at a cost.
