Behind every dish at Petition Kitchen is a local grower, farmer or producer doing the good work long before it reaches our pass.
The season arrives in crates, bundles & boxes, full of colour, texture & personality. From there, our kitchen team gets to play — grilling, dressing, folding & finishing each ingredient with care, instinct and a little bit of fun.
It’s WA produce shaped by the hands that grow it and brought to life with plenty of Petition character.

Somewhere between ancient method & modern appetite, Orange has found its moment. For this edition of our W**e Series Luncheon, skin-contact & gently oxidative w**es bring texture, spice & quiet complexity to the table, paired with a menu that leans into warmth without heaviness.

Nail Vintage Dinner Degustation
We’ve been saving the good stuff for this one. Three vintages of Nail Brewing’s Cloutstout Vintage are coming out of the cellar, joined by Clayden Brew & Super Red for five pours matched across three bloody good courses.
Think pork rillette & pickled melon, coffee-rubbed beef cheeks, then Basque cheesecake to bring it home.
