The trade: Parents must sign a release for their teen, and both you and your teen are happy to have a 2-minute on-camera chat at the end of the day — what they learned, how it went, the usual stuff.
Other than the camera in the corner, it's the exact same program we've sold out the last four rounds running. Full day at our Swan Valley roastery, real espresso machines, milk texturing, customer service practice, lunch from the café, certificate of completion, plus the optional half-day of work experience as a junior afterwards.
