We weren’t planning on playing favourites… but this Chocolate Pistachio Kataifi is making it very difficult 🤤
Our specials menu is packed with some seriously good dishes this week, from King Prawns to Grilled Barramundi, finishing a dessert everyone has been talking about!
These dishes won’t be sticking around for long, and judging by the number heading out of the kitchen, they’re proving pretty popular already. If one has caught your eye, we’d suggest making plans sooner rather than later 😉

Nothing like a little healthy competition between the teams behind and 300 Acres ⛳️
Our GM Shannon Whitmore joined Wembley Golf Course GM Nicole Martino at last week’s Pro-Am, swapping the office for the fairway for a day. Safe to say the teamwork between Wembley Golf Course and 300 Acres works just as well on the course as it does behind the scenes!
And after watching Nicole out there… it became pretty clear why she runs the golf course and Shannon sticks to hospitality 😆

Congratulations to Sam, the lucky winner of our Mother’s Day Hamper 🌸 Sam and her family joined us on Sunday and we could not think of a better person to take home the goods!
What an incredible day it was at 300 Acres. From breakfast right through to High Tea and into dinner, the place was packed with the most beautiful families all coming together to spoil the special women in their lives. It genuinely warmed our hearts to see so many Mums being treated the way they deserve... delicious meals, great company and plenty of bubbles 🥂
To every single person who joined us on Sunday, thank you. Days like this are why we do what we do. We hope every Mum left feeling as special as she is... and we cannot wait to do it all again next year 🌸
