Bluefin tuna steak stirfy
not all tuna is suitable for sashimi, it has to be firm, the right colour and texture, this one didn't quite make the grade, hence this opportunity, served with steamed rice, snake beans, bok choy & green onions, in our special black bean chilli sauce.

Another unicorn, fresh, not farmed, wild caught Darwin Barramundi, the fillets are actually white, not dull grey like the farmed and overseas garbage, it even tastes like REAL Barramundi

tonight we have the return for 1 week only........
Mohinga 28 gf (Burmese fish soup)
traditionally made with Delta catfish, we are using it to introduce a new fish, armadillo gurnnard, something we've not seen before, but due to new fishing regulations may be a regular. Mohinga is a turmeric, ginger & lemongrass fish noodle soup, thicken with toasted chickpea flour, garnished with fresh lime, coriander, boiled egg & chilli oil....a wonderful memory of my Burmese family

A big thank you to all our wonderful staff for their fantastic efforts on Good Friday, as huge night with not many hiccups, well done. To all our many customers on the night, thank you for your patience and support, our biggest Good Friday ever, for those who missed out, I'm sorry we couldn't help you with a feed, most important to us is quality over quantity and i hope you understand.
Wishing everyone a wonderful, safe and enjoyable Easter holiday....we'll be back on Wednesday night, with what I hope is an expanded fresh fish choice. In the meantime I'm off to stock up an those amazing Shark Bay scallops while I can as there will be no scallop catch this season.
Our new opening hours kick in this week, Wednesday to Sunday 4pm - 8pm, Friday to 830pm, closed Monday & Tuesday.....after 45 years in kitchens including 12 years of Redfish, i think I've earned another day off.

No surcharges for Good Fryday, or any other day.....
All preorders are to be paid upon placement, phone orders or walk ins.....no email or messenger orders whatsoever
We will be open for dinner only on Good Fryday, and no dine-in, sorry, we can only manage takeaway on the day, thank you for your understanding
We will be closed Eater Sunday, Monday & Tuesday after Easter

Woo-hoo, they're back baby....the footy and our amazing scallopies.....house made crispy suet pastry, wonderful shark Bay scallops and a creamy leek and black pepper sauce, add chips and salad and you've got a meal fit for a night of football
Also available tonight.......line caught Shark Bay Pink Snapper, they're really nice, thick fillets, sweet and flaky......bloody amazing
And wait.... there's more....our wonderful shark fisherman, Jason Scimone, has sent up some fantastic fresh gummy shark.....it's not Christmas yet, but it sure feels like it.
UPDATE; Last nights pies nearly sold out in the first two hours, have bought forward Sundays bake to today, (Saturday), new batch due out of the oven soon......
